Vacation Village Phra Nang Inn - Sha Extra Plus Ao Nang, Ao Nang

I was really impressed with the location of the hotel, right by the beach and near various restaurants. The rooms were not ideal and had issues with locking from the poolside, which was disappointing. The service was a mix of unfriendly assistance with luggage and helpful staff for island bookings.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were lovely, clean, and had a great view. The hotel is a bit away from the busy street, which was nice, but it would have been better if there was an option to lock the room from the poolside. The room was also beautifully decorated with shells and sea-related motifs.

However, the rooms were below par, located on the ground floor close to the elevator, leading to disturbances from noise at various hours. The service was unprofessional at times, particularly when dealing with refunds and inquiries.

It was clean, comfy, and located at the back of the resort, ensuring a peaceful stay. The service was a bit mixed, with some staff being very helpful while others had difficulty understanding English. Meaw was particularly friendly, although booking trips in advance seemed to fluster them a bit. The location was ideal, right on the beach and in the heart of the main restaurant and bar area.

While the pool access rooms were spacious and convenient for pool lovers like me, being close to the elevator brought disturbances throughout the day, and the rooms themselves felt dark, dingy, and damp-smelling. On the bright side, the location offers a spectacular view of the sea, and the dining options were quite satisfying.
